PACProfessional Aquatics Committee
Join us and building our Professional Network!
PAC is a volunteer, non-profit association of dedicated Canadian aquatics professionals providing recreation programs and services, in the private sector. Our members are building strong connections and networking with professionals who represent Private Clubs, Swim Schools, Competitive Swim Clubs as well as Individual aquatics instructors, trainers and coaches; all dedicated to maintaining high standards in the delivery of Aquatics programs and services.
By organizing our members will have a strong collective voice in support of the interests of our membership. We will develop and maintain relationships with other associations carrying on activities in areas of aquatics education, recreation, fitness, sports, and services. Our goal is to collectively represent PAC members on matters of common interest before governmental and regulatory bodies. The Professional Aquatics Committee will be an independent, effective, and powerful advocate for our members’ interests and that of our patrons.
Our members will choose the direction of our work through selection of a volunteer Board of Directors and Committee representatives. The efforts of our professional volunteers will be appreciated and recognized. We are currently engaged in research, as well as the development of educational and business development opportunities.
Our objective is to bring professionals together from all aspects of aquatics to network, educate, advocate, enhance, and improve the aquatics industry in Canada. We are at our development phase. Over the next year the Committee we will develop PAC’s terms of reference including our mission, vision, objectives and scope. Come and join us October 29th for our first AGM, volunteer for a committee and share your talents to better you enterprise.
